Master tuner AC Schnitzer's Tension Street Version of BMW's 6 Series range is claimed to be the fastest road legal BMW in the world, clocking a top speed of close to 332 km/h.
The two-toned body sports a fearsome body kit, boasting the tightest rear skirt, chrome-rimmed air intakes on the bonnet, and air ducts integrated into the side skirts.
Depending on the base model, the Tension Street Version can be specified with AC Schnitzer's new 5.1-litre V8 as an alternative to the 5.0-litre V10 used in the M5 and M6. This unit produces 302 kW and 550 Nm of torque.
The engine howl is transmitted via a bespoke exhaust system constructed totally from stainless steel with chromed sports trim tailpipes gleaming from the rear.
Stopping power on M6 versions is provided by eight-piston calipers at the front and special pads for razor-sharp efficiency.
